Happy Birthday!!! Oak Strength turns 9 today.

9 whole years.

Through the good, the great, the bad, the difficult, and the almost impossible (lockdown) and the almost unbelievable I have persisted and I am still here, still assisting people to become stronger inside and out, developing strength in muscles and mindset.

Most importantly, THANK YOU to every single client, past, present and future for allowing me to live as Oak Strength (PT for 9 years and massage therapist for 5 years.) Thank you for trusting me with your goals, your physical wellbeing and your health targets.

Thank you to all the gyms, gym owners, landlords and spaces hired/utilised, who allowed Oak Strength clients to become stronger versions of themselves.

Thank you to my peers, mentors and further training course leaders for allowing me to be the best version of me, to then pass on extra information, skills and exercises to my clients.

Thank you to my family and friends for tolerating everything from the mad ideas and event sign up's to the exhaustion and tears when it all feels too much.

There are far too many people, places and things to name individually but I appreciate you all, thank you for being part of the story so far.

102.93km/63.958miles in April.

Run; 24.73km/15.3miles
Walk; 78.2km/48.6miles

And other team members have added their miles and sweat to the total.
