Still some mid week gaps available for spring and summer for private events.

In my life as a chef I use yoga to create the balance needed to avoid pain and overload. It’s a game changer!

I am currently running a number of private sessions in both hotels and in schools as yoga offers a wonder balance to the challenges of teaching.
