As the sun is about to rise on a New Year, thoughts inevitably look back at the one about to end.
Hopefully any negativity can be left behind.
It is a good time to look ahead though. Fresh starts , growth, hope, happiness and better health .

A wonderful few days on the North Cornwall coast . Lots of walking with the backdrop of stunning cliffs and the power of the ocean.
Spending time by the sea promotes mindfulness, stress reduction, and a sense of presence. The rhythmic motion of the water can help regulate the nervous system and support cognitive restoration too.
