This Su***de Prevention Skills (SIPP) course is a free, peer‑trainer‑led session for anyone aged 16+ living in Moray. You’ll learn practical tools to recognise su***de risk, ask safely, listen well, and support someone to stay safe — all in a supportive, local environment shaped by lived experience.
