Always learning, always growing. 👣📚

I’ve just completed a two-day Foot Anatomy course, taking a deeper dive into the structures, biomechanics, and function of the foot.

As a podiatrist, continuing my education is something I value greatly. The more I learn, the better equipped I am to provide the highest standard of care for my patients.

Here’s to lifelong learning and better outcomes for every patient who walks through my door. 💙

🚨 3 Signs You Need to See a Podiatrist 🚨

Foot pain isn’t something you should just “put up with.”

If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, it may be time to book an assessment:

1️⃣ Persistent heel pain

Do your first few steps in the morning feel particularly painful? Heel pain is one of the most common reasons patients visit us and can often be linked to conditions such as plantar fasciitis. The longer it’s left untreated, the more it can impact your daily activities.

2️⃣ Recurring ingrown toenails

If you’re constantly dealing with redness, swelling, pain, or infection around your toenail, it’s important to have it assessed properly. Recurring ingrown toenails rarely resolve permanently without addressing the underlying cause.

3️⃣ Numbness, tingling, or burning sensations

Changes in sensation shouldn’t be ignored. Whether it’s a nerve-related issue, circulation concern, or another underlying condition, early assessment can help identify the cause and prevent further complications.

The earlier a foot problem is identified, the easier it is to treat and prevent it from getting worse.

Don’t let foot pain stop you from doing the things you enjoy.
