As mentioned in my story, tomorrow's yoga will be at 10am!

Props will be ready for you guys near the door so help yourself to 1 block, a strap and a mat. Bring your own if you can as classes can be busy sometimes!

Hopefully equipment will be soon provided by Infinity 🙏😊

I just wanted to thank you for turning up to your 10am Saturday Vinyasa flow again this morning!!

It's been quite a journey since October 2022, when it all started ! From 2 we got to 4, 6, then 8 and even 10 people sometimes!! You guys are the soul of this class and I'm so glad to see a lot of you coming back and progressing nicely 👏🎉

Keep up the good work, you rock!! ❤️

Good afternoon all 😊

A bit of a solidarity call from me today...

I work at QEQM on a ward for elderly people. One of the patients, a lovely old lady who has been there for a while, told me the other day that she was worried about her 2 cats left behind when she got admitted. Neighbours feed them sometimes but other than that they are outside all the time.

As she lives in a house with an accessible garden, I got there to check on them and they're OK, it's not cold and if it wasn't for the constant rain I wouldn't write here today. Their food gets wet and there's no sheltered area in the garden.

Would someone have an unused rabbit hutch, dog kennel or homemade plastic shelter to lend or donate please 🐰🐶🙏

Our little lady would be over the moon to know that her cats have a bit of comfort and it would surely greatly help her recovery 💗
