Trigger Point Pilatesโข combines Mat Pilates-based exercises with Myofascial Release (traditionally a hands-on therapy).
This unique approach combines core strengthening with myofascial release in the same session.
When myofascial tissue becomes tight, it can interfere with proper core function. By releasing these restrictions, you can improve proprioceptive awareness, enhance movement quality, and support more effective core activation.
Many participants experience immediate relief from muscle tension, helping them feel lighter, more mobile, and more flexible. By the end of each class, you'll feel lengthened, restored, and able to move with greater ease.
Using your body weight, breathwork, and small equipment, this method targets key areas of connective tissue and muscle tension to promote release, recovery, and improved movement patterns.
Each one-hour session includes:
Essential Trigger Point techniques and key focus areas.
A unique theme or target area each week
Content designed to benefit both new and returning participants.
A balanced combination of release work and core activation.
