As most know , yes i am a tarot reader and reiki practitioner,
I am also an innerchild therapist and a shadow work practitioner ....
Lately ive noticed a massive spike of people becoming strong enough to face their shadow work ✨️
So every day i am going to cover a topic of shadow work you maybe dealing with, these often overlap,

Some of the most common shadow-work wounds to explore are:
Abandonment wound — fear of being left, rejected or forgotten
Rejection wound — feeling unwanted, excluded or not good enough
Betrayal wound — difficulty trusting because trust has been broken
Neglect wound — feeling unseen, unheard or emotionally unsupported
Shame wound — believing there is something fundamentally wrong with you
Unworthiness wound — struggling to believe you deserve love, success or happiness
People-pleasing wound — sacrificing yourself to keep others happy
Perfectionism wound — believing mistakes make you less worthy
Control wound — needing control because uncertainty feels unsafe
Hyper-independence wound — struggling to rely on anyone or ask for help
Invalidation wound — doubting your feelings because they were dismissed
Comparison wound — measuring your worth against other people
Invisibility wound — feeling overlooked, insignificant or forgotten
Criticism wound — becoming highly sensitive to judgement or disapproval
Humiliation wound — fear of embarrassment, ridicule or being exposed
Parentification wound — learning to take care of everyone while neglecting yourself
Emotional deprivation wound — expecting your emotional needs won't be met
Fear of vulnerability — protecting yourself by never letting people get too close
Fear of conflict — staying silent because disagreement feels like a threat to connection
Self-abandonment — betraying your own needs, boundaries or values to keep others
Scarcity wound — believing there will never be enough love, money, opportunities or security
Visibility wound — fear of being truly seen, judged or criticised when you take up space
Success wound — unconsciously fearing what might happen if you become successful
Inner-child wound — unmet childhood needs continuing to influence adult emotions and relationships
Attachment wound — difficulty feeling secure and safe within close relationships
