Turns out the best bit of training isn’t always the workout… it’s the people. 💜

You’re far less likely to skip when you know your girls are expecting you. You might cancel the gym… but it’s a lot harder to cancel on your people. 👯‍♀️🔥

I am gonna try and get through this post without bawling my eyes out because everytime this incredible human smashes a milestone all we do is cry 😂

Leanne walked through my doors just over a year ago, and I don’t think either of us were ready for the transformation ahead. Not just physical, but in self belief, confidence and self love.

What I love most about Leanne is that as her confidence has grown ten fold, her personality has shone through even more. Her cheeky sense of humour, energy and ability to make people smile have made her such a huge part of the Bodyrox community and pushing members to lift heavy and just being an absolute team player. She absolutely SHONE in front of that camera 💜

She brings so much to the team and it’s been amazing to watch her become more comfortable in herself and recognise just how much she has to offer.

The photos are incredible, but what makes me most proud is the incredible person standing in them.

And the journey continues on …. 💜
