We all know Christmas can feel like a balancing act juggling the stresses of work, the demands of friends and family, ever-changing travel and/ or holiday plans etc. while trying to keep to our fitness routines and eating well without the guilt.

We fixate and worry about the things we aren’t doing instead of focusing on the simple things we can do.

So I am going to help you Keep It Super Simple with these 3 tips:

1. Move as much as you can
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Get enough sleep

This time of the year is about spending time with those that matter the most to you and indulging in the things you love. Stick to the simple stuff over the next few days and don’t sweat the big stuff, it can wait.

Happy Christmas Eve everyone wherever you maybe.

I know how fortunate I am this year to be spending Christmas in such a beautiful place surrounded by nature, mountains and snow - this is usually my happy place.

But I am not going to lie, being away from my family and friends hasn’t been easy at this time of year; I’ve had challenges since I’ve been out here and moments where I have felt alone and overwhelmed.

Christmas is not always the happiest time of the year for everyone and this year is proving to be no exception.

Please know that if you are spending Christmas alone, you are not alone. Please reach out to me or someone else for support.

Hello and a very snowy Merry Christmas from the snowy Alps 👋❄️🏔

It's been a few weeks of upheaval and challenges here at Feel Good Coach but also excitement for the future as change and new opportunities are on the horizon.

I am not going to lie to you, part of me has been asking myself if this is the right thing for Feel Good Coach what with all the uncertainty right now in the UK around the restrictions, the economy etc and on top of all that the new travel restrictions in Europe effecting all the mountain resorts out here.

But I am a firm believer that you have to go after the things you want in life, it simply doesn't hand them to you on a plate.
You have to work for what you want and create your own opportunities.
Worry about the things you can control and don't waste energy on the things you can't.
And so this was an opportunity I simply couldn't say no to.
Ever since I took my first step on the ladder to becoming a Snowboard Instructor 🏂 I just knew I wanted to teach on my home snow of Switzerland 🇨🇭

So am super excited to announce that Feel Good Coach will be based out in the Swiss Alps for the winter ☺️
And its going to be an exciting winter ❄️ 🏔

Head Coach Alix be continuing her Alpine Ski and Snowboarding training whilst also passing on her passion and knowledge to others working as a Snowsport Instructor for .ch.

Feel Good Coach will be launching its Online Body. Mind. Fit programme to help even more people improve their mental and physical wellbeing far and wide.

Feel Good Coach can't wait to share this winter with you.
