On the path back to our most authentic self… the most transformative parts of the journey are the hardest. Those times when the expansion of the mind, inevitably drops deeper. This is the journey to embodiment… where the soul is clearing the way to drop deeper into the physical body. These periods of deep contraction are intense…, and take us away from the conditioning of the external. We are asked to purge all of what is not our truth. All that is not in alignment with who we are becoming. The body and mind begin to purge all the buried and suppressed energy and emotion that has been sat in the subconscious. All the fear, the shame, the rage. We are asked to purge all of it. All the distortions… the distorted belief systems, anything that is keeping us in separation from ourself comes to the surface to be seen and most of all felt. It can feel like chaos, that your world is crumbling … and the aspects that are out of alignment with who you are becoming really are.
If this is where you are at…know that you are not alone. Your are not failing, your are not going backwards; you are re:birthing into more of your divine authentic soul essence.
For those of us that have experienced trauma in our lives …, these periods of time can be particularly intense and destabilizing. It is a letting go of all that has been buried deep within. A deeper integration of all parts of yourself from both this lifetime and those that have come before. It is a reclamation of all that you are in your wholeness.
Know that you are not going backwards…nothing could be further from the truth… you are right on track and simply making space for more of your soul to drop in.
‘Trust the process’ has been one of the biggest mantras of my path… but a lifesaving one. When we begin to understand that everything that is happening ‘to’ us is actually happening ‘for’ us it is life-changing and we can begin taking our power back and sit back in the driving seat of our life as the powerful creators that we are.
