This review means more to me than you’ll probably realise. 🤍

One thing I’m incredibly passionate about is reminding people that aesthetic treatments are medical treatments, not beauty treatments.

The people who come through my door aren’t just clients to me, they’re my patients.

I assess, prescribe, treat, monitor, review, and support them throughout their journey. Every treatment is based on clinical judgement, not just what someone asks for.

I often get asked, “Do you miss being a nurse?”

The truth is… I still am one.

Being a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber isn’t something I left behind, it’s the foundation of everything I do every single day.

How’s the new clinic going?

If I’m honest… it’s been exciting, but it’s also been one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done.

Eye bags galore. A cold sore from stress. School holidays thrown into the mix. Some days I genuinely think I’m a little bit crazy for taking all of this on.

There have been days I’ve questioned everything.

Endless paperwork. Quotes. Regulations. Grants. Contractors. Council departments. Waiting for answers that can completely change the next step.

I think people often only see the finished clinic and assume it all just fell into place.

The reality is there are late nights, difficult decisions, and moments where it all feels overwhelming.

But every hurdle is getting me one step closer to creating the clinic I’ve always wanted. A clinic built around patient safety, high standards and somewhere I’m genuinely proud to welcome people into.

It’s definitely testing me…

But giving up has never really been an option.

Hopefully, in a few months’ time, I’ll look back at this photo while standing in the finished clinic and smile, knowing every setback, every sleepless night and every ounce of stress was worth it.

Until then… one step at a time. 🤍

Just real skin, immediately after skin pen microneedling.

The redness you see is temporary, but the collagen your skin starts producing is what creates the long-term improvements in texture, scarring, fine lines and overall skin quality.

Healing isn’t identical for everyone, and that’s exactly how it should be. This redness normally settles within 24 hours but the results just keep giving.
