Aromatherapy supporting the mental health of serving and retired Police Officers šŸ’™

Recently, I spent the day at Flint HouseĀ near Reading, working alongside their wonderful nursing team to develop and expand their aromatherapy workshop offerings.

Together, we explored new essential oils they can introduce into their sessions, as well as fresh, interactive ways to deliver workshops that truly engage and empower attendees.

We focused on blends and approaches to support:ā€ØāœØ Stress & anxietyā€ØāœØ PTSD & traumaā€ØāœØ Workā€“life balanceā€ØāœØ Emotional resilienceā€Øā€¦and much more.

Serving and retired Police Officers can access these supportive services whenever they need them ā€” a vital resource for those who give so much in their roles.
Itā€™s always an honour to contribute to work that prioritises the wellbeing of those who serve our communities. šŸ’™

As I plan ahead for 2026, Iā€™ve been looking back at all the wonderful workshops Iā€™ve hosted this year.

šŸŒæ Childrenā€™s Skincare ļ潚ŸŒæ Introduction to Aromatherapyļ潚Ÿ‚ Autumn Skincare ā€” where we made botanical facial oils and learned facial massage and Gua Shaļ潚Ÿ¢ Corporate Aromatherapy workshops across Oxfordshire and Gloucestershireļ潚ŸŽ„ And coming upā€¦ my final workshop of the year: Festive Essential Oils for Prayer with a local church
