Playful movement has always been an important part of my life; from gymnastics and trampolining , to dance and Pilates, to playing on playground equipment and climbing trees. I understand how movement can be be healing, a powerful stress releaser, connecting you to your emotions, as well as feeling the power and joy of being strong and mobile and at ease in your body. It's what I try to teach; inspiring you to move with ease and pleasure and most of all with joy.

Melt can be booked as a drop in class or at a discounted rate for monthly bookings.
Pilates is booked monthly - you can move around classes, for example if you are a shift worker - and do catch up classes if you miss classes

I inadvertently ( really!) used AI and this is what this intelligent system came up with for 'calm studio setting'. It's a nice thought though!

There are 2 Melt classes in May.
✨️Focusing on feet, knees and hips.
Feet play such an important part in your balance, in allowing your body to feel safe and therefore moving with greater ease, which means you hold less tension and stress.
Did you know poor foot movement affects your knees and hips?
Melt sequences improve mobility.
So squatting, getting up and down from the floor, running all become easier with less strain on the joints . More stable, more powerful.

Melt Method classes can help your back pain and help you feel better in your body- and your massage therapist notices the difference!
Vicky is a regular Melter. After years of doing Pilates, she added weekly Melt classes and has noticed a big difference.
