Tell me you have pelvic floor issues without telling me ...... 👀
See my big toes coming off the floor during the deadlift?
That's not a foot problem. That's a pelvic floor problem. And That's what my toes uses to look like when I leaked on sneezing or running (both was a nightmare 😅).
Here's the connection nobody talks about:
Your big toe stays grounded through a facial chain that runs all the way up the inside of your leg - through your inner thigh, your pelvic floor, and into your deep core.
When your pelvic floor isn't coordinating properly, your body loses the ability to manage load through that chain. So it compensates. The foot rolls in, the arch collapses, and the big toe lifts - because your body is desperately searching for stability it can't find at the top.
As a physio, yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, I see this constantly - in women who have no idea their foot pattern is telling me everything about what's happening at their pelvic floor.
And the fix isn't arch supports. It's not foot exercises.
It's fixing the pressure system - breath, deep core, pelvic floor - so your body can find it's stability where it's supposed to come from.
Your feet are nit the problem. They are the messenger.
Save this - and share it with every woman who's been given insoles when what she actually needed was a oelvic floor assessment.
