Step one make a note of all the things you say about your body.
Step two change that thought to what you would say to someone you deeply care about.
Step three repeat on paper and then repeat in your head and repeat out loud.

Comparison is the thief of joy.
Remember that when we compare, we are doing so through our perception of others. That isn’t always accurate and we never really know what is going on behind closed doors.

Next time you catch yourself comparing yourself to others flick it back to your self and notice one good thing about you it could be on that day or over your life time and write it down. Keep adding to this list and eventually you will have a list of all the lovely things about you.

10 ways to say no, without just saying no!

1. Sadly, I have something else going on.
2. I have another commitment.
3. I wish I were able to.
4. I’m afraid I can’t.
5. I don’t have the bandwidth for that right now.
6. I’m honoured you asked me, but I simply can’t.
7. Thanks for thinking of me. However, I’m not able to.
8. I’m sorry, I’m not able to fit this in.
9. Unfortunately, I already have plans. Maybe next time!
10. No, thank you, but it sounds lovely.

The trick is to practice these sentences the more you practice the easier it becomes.
