ADAPTIVE MASSAGE (because everyone is different, but still deserves a therapy)

Massage isn't a one-size-fits-all treatment. Every person who walks through my door has different needs, abilities, and health conditions, which is why I offer adaptive massage.

Adaptive massage simply means that your treatment is tailored specifically to you. Whether you have limited mobility, a disability, chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis (MS), cancer, or another long-term health condition, your massage can be adapted to ensure it is safe, comfortable, and effective.

This may include adjusting your position with supportive cushions, changing the pressure used, shortening or avoiding certain techniques, working around painful or sensitive areas, or even treating you while you remain seated if lying on a massage couch isn't suitable.

My priority is always your comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Following a thorough consultation, we'll create a treatment that's right for you, helping to reduce tension, ease discomfort, improve relaxation, and support your overall wellbeing without pushing your body beyond its limits.

Because everyone deserves to experience the benefits of massage, whatever their circumstances. 🥰
