Things you must remember though to stay safe!

☀️ Drink plenty of fluids - making sure you stay hydrated is main priority

☀️ Protect you’re skin while out in the sun - sun hats - sun cream - stay in shaded areas of you can

☀️ Wear lightweight clothes - cotton - linen - wear a hat

☀️ If you’re hot, cool yourself down by eating cold foods

☀️ Symptoms of heat exhaustion include:
Headache.
Nausea.
Dizziness.
Weakness.
Irritability.
Thirst.
Heavy sweating.
Elevated body temperature
