Thank you to everyone who came to one of the sauna sessions yesterday to celebrate the longest day. We started at 4am with a dip in the Irish sea, a fantastic sauna session with lots of craic followed by pastries and coffee The day ended with another few dips and sauna at 9pm, more amazing craic and laughter, then cheese and wine to finish the evening What a great way to spend the summer solstice! So many amazing people that I get to meet doing this job.
