📧 A little favour please! 🥰

A few clients have mentioned they haven’t received my monthly H+H email — and we’ve discovered some have been hiding in junk/spam folders! 😢

The reason H+H comes from a different email address to my usual clinic emails is simply because I use a separate software system to create those cute, pretty emails. 🥰❤️

So, I need you to do one simple thing:

⭐️ Add [email protected] to your email contacts (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.). ⭐️

This is particularly important right now, as there will be some very important clinic updates over the next few months, and I want to make sure you receive them!

If you’re unsure which email address I have for you, just send me a message and I’ll let you know. 💌 And if you’re not sure how to add an email address as a contact, just let me know at your next appointment and I’ll happily help you! 😊

Did you see the partial solar eclipse Wednesday evening? My husband and I managed to take some pics through the eclipse glasses! We also did the paper/cardboard trick (it worked!) 🤓

Our driveway is officially complete, and we are so happy with the results! ❤️

Having the entire driveway paved has given us an extra parking space, a much wider walkway, and a larger step, making it so much easier for everyone to access the clinic.

A huge thank you to Graeme from Gabion Ltd for all of your hard work – especially for working through the recent heatwaves! 🥵🙏

Graeme also takes on home renovation projects, so if you're looking for any work to be done, just send me a message. He's happy for me to pass on his contact details, as he doesn't have a website or social media presence.

So this came through the post this week! 🥳🥳

It's such a lovely feeling to receive recognition for all the love, care and hard work that goes into my clinic. 🙏❤️ Thank you to all my wonderful patients for trusting me with your care – your support means so much!

Now for a little dilemma... 😅 I was planning to put the window sticker on the front window, but it's only sticky on the back! I'm worried it'll get ruined if I stick it on the outside. 😣

Has anyone got any clever tips for displaying it on the inside of the window instead? I might even put the certificate on show in the window too! 😎

🌟Trust the process!🌟

It's been very busy at JOsteopathy this week, as we have had our old retaining wall replaced with a new and improved structurally-sound wall!

And next week we are having the driveway expanded across the whole of the property so we can fit an additional car on-site!

Thank you to all my clients this past week, and for those coming next week, for your patience and understanding 🙏❤️ It will be worth it and I cant wait to show you the driveway when it's finished! 💪

Have you tried stretching but found it ineffective? Did you know that how long you are holding your stretch can make all the difference?

If you are not targeting the length of hold to match the pain causing tissue (eg muscle, fascia) then you won't see results.
