If you missed our first one in the holidays, this one is for you 🌿☀️

Our final Family Sauna Session of the summer, and the last one of the year. There's 3 spaces left for this Friday.

A screen-free morning in nature for families together. Lower heat, warm water tubs for the little ones, juice and fresh fruit provided.

I think it's so important for our kids to see us looking after ourselves and modelling what that actually looks like. And what better way to show them than bringing them along.

What an amazing July ☀️🌿

Usually the quiet season for sauna businesses, not so much this year.

We've welcomed David Jackson and his extraordinary world record challenge. We hosted gyms & studios. We've also ran a few of our own events, the Reyt Sauna Social, Monthly Rustic Spa, Family Sessions and finished the month with the most incredible Full Moon evening this week with the fabulous Amy from Amy Sacred Sounds • Sound baths • Ceremonial spaces • Leeds

Inbetween all of that, birthday season, school holidays, paddleboarding, vinyl nostalgia and chasing every bit of sunshine we could find ☀️

Run club is this Sunday, and if you've been thinking about joining us, this is your sign.

Free 4–5km run from Farmer Copleys at 8am. All paces welcome. No pressure, no pace police, just good people and a Sunday morning well spent.
Stay on for a sauna and cold plunge afterwards if you fancy it. The best post-run recovery there is.
