What a weekend to be back πŸŒΏβ˜€οΈ

Friday we welcomed familiar faces, regulars, and our monthly session with the brilliant .

Saturday kicked-off with the most beautiful morning, pilates with the wonderful followed by our Rustic Spa. Body salts, clay face masks, contrast therapy. And yes it rained a bit, it was still magical. 🌧️✨ The rest of Saturday brought a steady stream of new faces and familiar ones, exactly what we love to see.

Sunday started with our fortnightly Run Club. Cold plunge. Post-run sauna chat. The best kind of morning.

A quieter month at Reyt Sauna, and honestly, exactly what was needed. Ending the month in Ibiza with family, watching sunsets like this, and remembering that taking a step and filling your own cup matters.

There's a buzz at Reyt when the sun is out. Heat, cold, fresh air and then sitting outside in actual sunshine afterwards. That post-sauna glow hits different.

But we know what you're thinking.
An 80 degree sauna when it's 30 degrees outside? Sounds mad. Hear me out πŸ˜„

Regular sauna actually trains your body to handle heat more efficiently, a process called thermoregulation. So basically, after sauna you come out feeling better in the heat, not worse, and you have the deckchairs and amazing nature scenes at Reyt Sauna too 🌿😍
