Today, our participants spent the morning creating beautiful affirmation jars from scratch 🎨✨

Everyone painted and decorated their own jars before filling them with positive affirmations, encouraging words, and reminders of the things they want to believe about themselves 💛

The afternoon was spent making friendship bracelets, sharing laughs, connecting with one another, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It was such a lovely day watching everyone join in, support each other, and build meaningful connections in such an inclusive and welcoming space.

Moments like these are what Craft & Connect is all about 🌼

Another fun-filled Wednesday at our Day Program 💙

Today was all about creativity, connection and confidence as our participants created their own vision boards, enjoyed a dance session, and wrapped up the afternoon with plenty of laughs during bingo 🎨🕺🎱

We’re so proud to provide a space where everyone feels included, supported and encouraged to be themselves. Seeing the friendships, smiles and confidence grow each week is what it’s all about ✨

Thursday Socials done right 🎨✨

Yesterday the crew headed out to the beautiful Maitland Regional Art Gallery for a wander through the galleries, plenty of laughs, and some creative inspiration… followed by the most important part of the day, a stop at the local hot bread shop for lunch 🥖😂

We love seeing friendships grow, confidence build, and participants getting out into the community trying new things 💛

Wednesdays at The Hub = creativity, connection & plenty of laughs 🎨🧵✨

Today for Craft & Connect, our participants spent the day sewing their own tote bags, painting, colouring in, drawing, and most importantly, building friendships along the way 💛

We love seeing new skills develop, confidence grow, and genuine connections being made each week. We also love collaborating with other providers to create inclusive, social spaces where everyone feels welcome 🤝

🌱 Thursday Socials at The Hub 🌱

Today we got our hands dirty and started our veggie garden from scratch! 🪴 From filling pots with fresh soil to planting the first veggies and flowers, everyone worked together to create something we can continue to grow and care for over time.

A great day spent outdoors, building skills, teamwork and confidence. We can’t wait to watch the garden come to life over the next few months!

Creative Wednesdays 🎨✨

Today the group spent the day colouring in, decorating photo frames and getting creative together in a relaxed and supportive environment 🤍

Programs like these are a great way to build confidence, social connection and independence while having fun and trying new things 🙌

From getting active and cooking up healthy meals, to creative sessions and social outings, there’s something for everyone across the week.

✔️ Thursdays – Social day out in the community

All programs run 9am–2pm with pick up and drop off included 🚗

A wholesome, hands-on kind of day at ACS today ✨🐰

We kicked things off getting creative, making our own Easter-themed bunny keyrings 🐇💜 Lots of smiles and pride seeing everyone’s finished pieces come together!

Next up was teamwork and problem-solving with a 3D puzzle 🧩 (and plenty of patience 😅), followed by some relaxed social time around the table.

To finish the day, we headed into the kitchen and baked some homemade dog treats for our girl Bindi 🐶💛

It was truly a team effort today, with both Lindsay and Tracy stepping in to support and make sure everyone had a meaningful, engaging day 🤍
