As Alexia Court prepares to introduce nursing care, we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our new day and night nursing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new nursing service, working alongside our experienced care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in assessing residents’ needs, providing high-quality clinical care, administering medication safely, supporting care planning, and helping to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of support.

Working closely with our Clinical Lead Nurse and General Manager, plus the wider multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to a positive clinical culture, promote best practice, and help shape the future of nursing care at Alexia Court.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and develop our new team of day and night nurses, while supporting our established team of Senior Carers to continue delivering the outstanding, person-centred care we’re known for.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you will lead by example, promote clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and help ensure the highest standards of nursing and residential care for every resident.

Following our recent approval to provide nursing care, we are delighted to announce that we are now recruiting a dedicated team of nurses to join us at Alexia Court.

This is a wonderful step forward for our home, enabling us to offer nursing care alongside the compassionate, person-centred support our residents already receive. Our new nursing team will share our commitment to helping every resident feel safe, comfortable and truly at home.
