Time to update the bio… 🎨

No, I haven’t stopped supporting mums.
But because we’re finally allowed to escape the reign of magnolia walls 🙌

And between frequent trips to B&Q, unpacking boxes, and finding the kettle, we’ve officially relocated to 📍Warminster.

I’m now supporting mums and mums-to-be across Wiltshire & Somerset 🤍

When a mother says:
“It unfolded in a way that felt right for me and my baby.” That’s a successful birth.

The real question isn’t: “How did the baby come out?”
👉It’s: “How did the mother feel?”

Success isn’t defined by:
• Vaginal vs C-section
• Induced vs spontaneous labour
• Long labour vs quick labour
• Medicated vs unmedicated

⭐️ Success is when a mother feels:
• Heard
• Respected
• Informed
• Supported

Because birth success isn’t about the method.
It’s about the mother’s experience 💪

Dear mums and mums-to-be,

We’re so happy to share that from 6th February we’ll be welcoming you at Grantham Tennis Club for a gentle, supportive gathering just for you.

We’re two passionate childbirth educators who’ve come together to offer reassurance, guidance, and a truly safe space during pregnancy and early motherhood.

💛 Sophie is a highly experienced doula and hypnobirthing teacher, widely recognised for her work and publications in the field of birth and wellbeing.
🧡 Daria is a doula, childbirth educator, and mum of two, supporting women as they navigate maternity services and the realities of motherhood with confidence and clarity.

This is a non-judgmental, welcoming space for pregnant mums and new mums alike. Drop in if you have questions, worries, or if you’d simply like a warm cuppa, a chat, and the chance to connect with other like-minded women.

There’s plenty of parking, a hot brew waiting, and absolutely no pressure.
The group is completely free, created with love to help you feel understood and supported in those tender early weeks of motherhood.
