🐾 We were delighted to welcome the Croft Cubs to St Oswalds recently!

The Cubs joined our residents for an evening of bingo, and what a fantastic time everyone had. There was plenty of friendly competition as the older and younger generations went head-to-head, with lots of laughter and smiles along the way.

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the Cubs, and it was wonderful to see the different generations coming together and having so much fun.

A big thank you to the Croft Cubs for visiting us – we look forward to seeing you again soon! 💙

🎉 Last week, we celebrated a very special milestone at St Oswalds as our wonderful resident, Ida, turned 104 years old!

Ida received many kind birthday wishes from family, friends, and well-wishers, making her day truly memorable. As an extra surprise, she was also featured in the Warrington Guardian.

Everyone at St Oswalds would like to wish Ida a very happy 104th birthday and many more happy memories to come. 🎂💐

🇬🇧 Friday we celebrated VE Day! 🇬🇧

In the morning, we were treated to a wonderful tap dance performance hosted by Ella in remembrance of the day. 💃✨

This was followed by a wartime-inspired packed lunch and an afternoon spent reminiscing, sharing memories, and reflecting together. ❤️

A lovely day enjoyed by all!

Enjoy a lively tap dance performance hosted by Ella Brown from 11:30–12:00, followed by a range of VE Day-themed activities.

In the afternoon, we’ll be hosting a special VE Day reminiscing session in the main lounge—sharing stories, memories, and moments from the past.

We warmly encourage all residents, families, and team members to dress up for the occasion and help make it a truly memorable day! 🎉
