I may not always have the best social skills, but one of the most important things about Tears to Treasure is that it is run by one person — me. I personally handle every part of your order and will always do my best to go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

If you have a concern with your order, please message me directly before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks immediately remove the payment from my business account, along with an additional fee, and the funds then have to go through a dispute process before they can potentially be returned. For a small business, this can have a significant impact — not only financially, but also on the time involved in resolving the issue.

I put a huge amount of time, care, effort and money into every memorial keepsake I create. If you have previously told me that you’re happy to wait but your circumstances change, please just message me. I would much rather have the opportunity to talk things through and find the best solution for you.

On a more positive note once my twins have settled into school my available working hours will increase!

I feel incredibly lucky there are some fantastic new suppliers creating some absolutely stunning pieces including this beautiful snowflake hanging ornament.

These are currently being made so the images are AI generated, therefore sizes and the final design may differ slightly.

I haven't pre-ordered a huge amount as unsure how popular these will be... let me know your thoughts and interest!
