🌿 Why I still drink Aloe Vera Gel after 15 years…

If you’ve known me for a while, you’ll probably have heard me talk about Aloe! 💚

I first started drinking Forever Aloe Vera Gel around 15 years ago and it has been part of my daily wellbeing routine ever since.

One of the biggest reasons I’ve continued with it is simply how I personally feel when I’m drinking it regularly.

I have dodgy knees and a collapsed disc in my spine and for me personally I feel Aloe has been really beneficial as part of my overall wellbeing routine. If I go through a period where I don’t drink it regularly, I genuinely notice the difference in how I feel.

Of course, that’s my own experience, everyone is different but it’s also why I feel comfortable recommending products I’ve actually used myself for many years rather than simply selling something I know very little about.

I usually have a shot of Aloe every day and it’s just become part of my normal routine. 🌿💪

One of the questions people often ask me is why I’ve been drinking Forever Freedom for so many years. What’s so good about it ? 💙

For me, it’s all about looking after my joints and staying as pain free and mobile as possible.

Some years ago, I was misdiagnosed with a broken foot and ankle and spent two months walking in an Air Walker boot whilst 6 months pregnant! 😱

By the time I eventually saw a specialist privately, it turned out I’d actually torn ligaments and tendons as well as breaking my foot and ankle.

Walking incorrectly for that length of time put extra strain on my body.

Over the years I’ve developed arthritis in both knees as well as living with a collapsed disc in my lower back.

So looking after my knees and back is so important for me in general and as a Beauty Therapist, often doing things like massage, Reiki, body treatments and facials, on my feet all day.👣

That’s why, for around 15 years, one of my daily habits has been drinking Forever Freedom. It combines aloe vera with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, ingredients that are widely used to support healthy joints.

Aloe vera supports gastrointestinal health, digestion and immunity, and promotes health and wellbeing.🌿

Last weekend I was proud to be recognised at Forever’s Summer of Success event after qualifying for the incentive programme.

⭐ What a Weekend!💚

On Friday evening I was incredibly proud to be invited to Forever’s Summer of Success celebration.

Because of the progress I’ve made in my business, I was recognised for achieving one of the company’s incentives through growing my team and helping people discover Forever’s aloe vera-based health, wellbeing and skincare products. 🥂

It was a fantastic evening on the rooftop terrace at Forever’s UK Head Office with training from inspiring leaders, great conversations, music, canapés, cocktails and celebrating everyone’s achievements.

It was also great to catch up with Forever UK’s Country Manager, Michael Vittoroulis, and celebrate alongside so many inspiring people from across the business.

The following day, I travelled to the CBS Arena in Coventry for Success Day, where I spent the day learning from some truly inspiring leaders, including my friend and mentor Amanda Egan, who did an amazing job presenting on stage. Hearing the stories of people who have transformed their lives through Forever, from earning a little extra each month to building thriving full-time businesses, was incredibly motivating.

Weekends like this remind me why I started this journey. It’s about personal growth, helping others, surrounding yourself with positive people and discovering what’s possible. Success doesn’t happen overnight but with the right support, training and determination, amazing things really are possible.
