Welcome 2026!!

The studio is back open after a bit of a Christmas break, and we have a gorgeous selection of classes to choose from!

Whether it’s various styles of yoga, mat Pilates,
reiki, breathwork, hypopressives, men’s stretch, perinatal classes or sound baths, we’ve got you covered!!

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to share this beautiful pregnancy yoga and sound bath mini retreat to welcome in 2026 at the studio, on Saturday January 10th ✨

will lead a gentle & restorative pregnancy yoga flow, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with the wonderful

The session will finish, as always with tea, treats and time to chat and connect with other mamas to be 🤍
