🌿 If you suffer from migraines, this is one worth knowing about…
I’ve been recommending feverfew to some of my clients who struggle with migraines — particularly those who experience them regularly or have found themselves dealing with persistent migraines.
And I have to say… the feedback has surprised me.
I’ve now had reports back from every client I’ve recommended it to that they have noticed a real difference — including reports of significant improvement from clients who had been experiencing persistent migraines.
Now, I’m not saying feverfew is a miracle cure, and everyone's experience will be different.
Feverfew has traditionally been used for migraine prevention, and there is clinical research investigating its potential role in reducing migraine frequency.
The important bit is that this isn't something I’m recommending as a “take this when you have a migraine” solution.
It’s generally used as a daily preventative, rather than something to take only once a migraine starts.
🌿 And I’m not promoting a particular brand.
There are lots of feverfew products available, including capsules and herbal preparations, so I haven’t got a specific product that I’m trying to sell you.
If migraines are something you struggle with, it might simply be something worth researching and discussing with your GP or pharmacist.
Please do check that it’s suitable for you first, particularly if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially blood thinners), or have other health conditions. Feverfew can interact with some medicines and isn’t suitable for everyone.
And, as always, if you’re experiencing new, unusually severe or persistent headaches, don’t simply assume they’re migraines — get them medically assessed.
💚 Sometimes the simplest things are worth knowing about.
Have you tried feverfew for migraines? I’d love to hear whether you’ve noticed a difference.
