Amazing Lyfe AML Harmony - Transpersonal Education courses for primary and secondary age. Experiential, holistic learning that nurtures, builds inner balance & harmony

Amazing Lyfe works with Nature, Art, Psychology and spirituality to create healing, growth and transformation. We use mindfulness based practices, Shamanic practices, sound healing and sound yoga, compassion, creativity and connection for Recovery, personal, social and community healing and harmony. We run one to one sessions, support groups, day long workshops, stress management in the community. We also run summer residential retreats at our organic farm in West Wales. We are client centred and specialise in recovery from mental health problems, spiritual crisis and development, personal empowerment, wellbeing and addiction. Transpersonal means beyond the personal, i.e. connection to a larger and more meaningful reality!

FREE SOUND FREQUENCY FESTIVAL

Alistair Smith and I, both tutors at the college of sound healing, along with Eileen McKusick, renowned sound healer, will be holding space in this beautiful online sound and frequency festival starting the 24th of June. This is a free event everyone’s welcome. You need to sign up. I will post the link here. I think it’s gonna be a beautiful opportunity to connect with an experience many different approaches to Sacred sound and I’m really excited to see everyone else’s contributions and honoured to have been invited to make my own.
