Cancellation policy update and reminder!

As I am coming into my busiest time of year I just want to reshare and remind you all of my cancellation policy.
This is not something that I ever like or want to have to do but it is absolutely necessary to keep my business running. I think most of us business owners can agree it fills us with a lot of anxiety when we have to request cancellation fees as we never quite know how it will be received, but what I will say is that the majority of businesses that you go to will have similar policies in place. It is never a punishment or because I don’t think you have genuine reasons, it is simply to allow me to continue as this is my only source of income.

❣️ I will reschedule your appointment once without a fee if you give me between 24-48 hours notice. If you cancel your rescheduled appointment again with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged and deposits or advanced payments will be required going forward.

❣️If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then the full fee or a percentage will be owed.

❣️If you do not show up to an appointment then the full amount will be owed.

Also a reminder that all new clients must pay a small deposit to confirm bookings and I will always send out a reminder around 12 hours before your appointments.
