🎉💕 HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO ME! 💕🎉

One whole year ago today, I took over my Westfield group… and WOW, what a year it has been! 🥹❤️

It hasn’t always been easy, and there have definitely been some challenges along the way, but when I look back at everything we’ve achieved together, I honestly couldn’t be prouder. 🥰

Over the last year, I’ve had the absolute privilege of supporting so many amazing people on their journeys — celebrating their losses, awards, milestones, struggles, tears and, of course, plenty of laughter! ❤️

And together, my members have lost an incredible…

✨ 359½ lb — that’s 25 stone 9½ lb! ✨

🎉💕 HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO ME! 💕🎉

💥 33½ lb lost in our final session!
🏆 We crowned my last ever Westfield Target Member!
💎 And we celebrated a Diamond Target — an amazing ONE YEAR at Target! 💎

What a way to finish our Westfield chapter! 🥹❤️

Westfield has been such a huge part of my journey over the last year, and I will forever be grateful for every member who walked through those doors and trusted me to support them.

There have been laughs, tears, celebrations, surprises, incredible achievements and memories I will treasure forever. 💕

Being a Consultant is so much more than weighing people. It’s about being there through the good weeks and the difficult ones, believing in people when they sometimes struggle to believe in themselves, and celebrating every single step forward. ❤️

So today, on my 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, I’m feeling incredibly proud, emotional and grateful. 🥹🥂

What has weight loss taught you? ❤️

For me, weight loss has taught me that this journey is about so much more than a number on the scales.

It has taught me that I am stronger than I ever believed I was. There have been weeks when the scales didn’t show what I wanted, days when I felt like giving up, and moments when I questioned whether I could really do it. But I kept going.

It has taught me that one bad day doesn’t mean a bad journey. I don’t have to be perfect. I just have to keep choosing myself and keep moving forward.

It has taught me to celebrate the things the scales can’t measure ,confidence, energy, self belief and finally feeling proud of the person looking back at me in the mirror.

I have lost more than weight. I have gained confidence, strength and a completely different relationship with myself.

And now, after everything I have learned on my own journey, I love nothing more than helping other people feel the same. ❤️
