This kind of text from one of my older clients last week (who appreciates an easier for him home visit) makes me so happy - horrible sciatica pain sorted after a session of reflexology. 😊

I have a very exciting new venture starting in the next few weeks (more to come soon!), but I am still offering home visits for my elderly or house bound clients so please just ask.

This really is great news. I've treated a few young adults with reflexology who are struggling with school/social pressure anxieties (and seen very positive results), so to know they've also got this support locally makes me happy.

Was actually talking about this last night with one of our clinicians! foods are meant to help with ,especially if you have or other conditions as it has been partially digested before eaten. And of course can ease tummy pain. An interesting read!
