Park Yoga Weymouth - Lodmoor Park Yoga offers FREE outdoor yoga sessions, every Sunday morning from May - September.

Thank you to you all for joining us this morning. We had a whopper turnout thanks to the big group of students.

Today’s practise was a request from one of our regular attendees. So if there is something you’d like us to focus on in a session then just let me know. It’s always great to get some inspiration from you guys.

Keep an eye out next week for location as the circus 🤡 is in town! We may be in the usual area behind Sea Life OR in our old location along the path going north (away from the sea) just past the children’s playground.

It looks like we have another lovely warm Sunday ahead of us this week so come and join us for Park Yoga.

Not joined us yet? Here’s what you need to know:

📌FREE Yoga Sunday mornings at 9:30am in Lodmoor Country Park
📌Bring a mat, water, your sunglasses and a friend or two
📌As we are a charity donations are very welcome and can be made to me, Leslie, before or after a session.

We are definitely in our usual location behind Sea Life this Sunday. Next week, the 16th, we may be in our old location further up from the children’s play area, dependent on where the circus are placing themselves. I will put more information out regarding this next week as and when I can but just look out for the green flag.

In the meantime, dust off your favourite leggings, roll up your mat, make sure you have your sunnies and sunscreen ready and invite somebody along to join us this Sunday.

9:30am every Sunday morning until mid September. See you there?

For those of you who have not yet managed to make a Park Yoga session in Weymouth this year, or have been wanting to try our sessions out, I am Leslie and I am your instructor here in Weymouth.

2026 is my fourth Park Yoga season and outside of the sessions I teach in my home studio.

We have eight weeks left of the season and this is really been a bumper year for us, having moved into a larger space a few months ago. Our numbers have grown and it is great to see so many people enjoying being together, moving together and breathing together.

So you still have two glorious months of outdoor yoga to enjoy with us. Do come and join us for free FREE yoga on Sunday mornings in Lodmoor. 9:30am every Sunday until mid September.

What a bumper session this morning! Biscuit’s 6th birthday, Poppy in ultimate cuteness mode perching on Corey and hiding under his downward dog and child’s pose AND all the rest of you fabulous beings.

You didn’t even groan too much when I said we were doing a ladder….🪜

Free yoga AND free Yogi Tea tomorrow morning, Sunday. Do come and join us.

It’s going to be another gorgeous summer’s day and we’ll be having our final tea sampling for the year. Personally I like the Yogitea cold infused - just pop the bag in cold water and allow the flavour to emerge.

Thank you to Yogitea and Weymouth Town Council for their support this year.

And of course, it’s all of you who really make Park Yoga, special every week.

So remember to tell a friend where you’ll be at 9:30am tomorrow morning. Behind Sea Life where the green flag will be flying

Thank you to all of you for coming out this morning to practise together. A slightly quieter crowd than normal which is not surprising after last night…. ⚽️

Thank you very much to Ed who so kindly came to take photographs. So kind of Ed to give up his time for us.

We are more than halfway through the 2026 season which is so sad! So I hope you’ll join us next week for another opportunity to practise together.
