Can we take a minute for these INCREDIBLE results 😍🔥

Steve joined us 3 years ago in November 2022 and has barely missed a session since.

4 months after joining, Steve and his wife Carolyn took part in one of our Nutrition Challenges. They both had incredible results, but most importantly, they learnt sustainable habits and made changes to their lifestyle that they were able to keep up!

Over the last 3 years with us Steve has lost a HUGE 16.9kg of body fat and gained an equally HUGE 10.3kg of muscle!!!

Absolutely life changing results!

And not only that, he’s now regularly competing in Hyrox’s with his family & has introduced his daughters to the gym.

CrossFit Kids will be on next week as normal and it will then be ❌off❌ for Christmas and New Year. First kids class back in January will be Thursday 15th January ✅
