π£ Athlete's Foot isn't always the same and neither is the treatment.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is using the wrong type of antifungal product. If your athlete's foot is wet, soggy, or between the toes, your goal is to dry it out, so an antifungal powder is often the better choice to absorb moisture and create an environment where fungus struggles to grow. If it's dry, flaky, or scaly, the skin needs moisture while treating the infection, so an antifungal cream is usually more appropriate. Understanding the type of athlete's foot you have can make treatment much more effective. If symptoms persist, spread, or you're unsure what you're dealing with, seek advice from a qualified foot care professional or your GP.
π The simple rule to remember: If it's wet, dry it. If it's dry, wet it. Healthy feet start with the right treatment. π£
