I am SO close, the clutter is gone, the walls have been prepped, and the first coats of paint are on. It’s amazing how a fresh splash of colour can completely change the frequency of a room ✨.

I spent so much time staring at these (and more!) colour swatches trying to find the perfect shade. I wanted something that instantly makes you drop your shoulders, take a deep breath, and feel completely held and grounded the moment you walk in.
I think I found the one 💜 (the photo doesn't show a true reflection of the colour at all, so you'll have to trust me when I say that it's perfect!!). Or book in and see for yourself 😉.

There is still a bit more DIY and furniture moving, and then the bit I'm really looking forward to... unpacking and arranging all of my crystals and pretty Reiki things🔮💎.
The hard work is nearly done.

Progress update! 👩‍🎨✨ The chaos is slowly turning into calm...

There’s something incredibly satisfying about clearing out old, stagnant energy and creating space for something new. The room was once filled with clutter, but this week it’s being transformed...

My back is a little sore from all the prepping and painting, but knowing how cosy, welcoming, and restorative this room will feel for your next session makes every paint splatter worth it. And music is pretty good too - I mean you can't paint without good old tunes blasting out 😅.

Behind the scenes of something very exciting...😃

For the last few years, I’ve absolutely loved welcoming you all into my cozy little garden sanctuary. But as my practice has grown, I’ve been secretly dreaming of a bit more breathing room - room to move more freely during our sessions and display my crystals properly.

So, I’ve officially taken over the other side of the garden building. Yes, the one that has been a total dumping ground and makeshift shed for years! 🙈

It’s a bit chaotic right now, but the overalls are on, the paintbrushes are out, and the transformation is officially underway. I can't wait to take you along on the journey this week. Keep an eye on my stories to see how it comes together! 🎨🏡

Happy Spring Equinox! 🌷✨

Today, day and night are in perfect harmony... a moment of total balance before the light begins to overtake the dark. There is something so powerful about this shift, it’s nature’s way of hitting the "refresh" button.

After the long hunker-down of winter, the Equinox is a reminder that even the smallest seeds are starting to stir beneath the soil. It’s the perfect time to ask ourselves:

🌱 What am I ready to let grow?
☀️ Where do I need a little more balance in my life?

Are you a "spring cleaning" kind of person, or are you just here for the extra sunshine?
