Does your little person struggle to handle big emotions?
Can they often feel overwhelmed by their feelings?
Do these big emotions impact on their behaviour?
If you answered yes to any of those questions then this course might be something that could help your child navigate those issues with more confidence. Giving them the tools to control their emotions rather than being controlled by them will lead to more empowered and happier children. šŸ˜€

This week is Children's Mental Health week. The theme for 2026 is "This is My Place". šŸ
Teachers, educators, club leaders and sports coaches play a huge role in whether a child feels like they belong or not. Through their actions and words they can create a space safe allowing a child to be their true authentic self, confident that they will be accepted for who they are. ā˜ŗļø
I feel so privileged that I have that opportunity in my role as a teacher and I will endeavour to continue creating that safe space. šŸ«‚

🚫 Barriers to Mental Health Support for Children 🚫
Despite rising awareness, many children are still suffering in silence.
55% of young people say they hesitate to ask for help—afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or dismissed.
Shockingly, only 8% of NHS mental health funding goes to children’s services.
That’s not enough.
That’s not OK.
That needs to change.
It’s time to break down the stigma, invest in early support, and listen when children reach out. Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported.
