I love using these kindness cards from LSW on my woodland mini retreats. I pray before my participants come that the right encouragement will go to the right person. I then pop one under each Pilates mat for them to find after the relaxation. One lovely lady on reading hers said she felt “really seen”. Heavenly Father sees and cares about us all. ♥️

I was going to post at the w.e after an idyllic family wild swim serenaded by a nightingale. I then got way-laid by my child having D&V and then myself. Guess on this occasion the water wasn’t so clean as it looked! My child’s jump in resulted in a large amount being swallowed! Hey ho. You win some and you lose some. We’ll still be wild swimming just trying to keep mouths better closed even with jumps!

We had such fun on Sunday leading our church kids group. A kind neighbour taught us all about bee keeping - we learnt so much! My take away was that when a bee finds good nectar, it goes back to the hive and does an aerial bee dance, the other bees see and follow it back to the nectar. When we have good news and we share our joy with others, they will want to follow to find out for themselves! Jesus is my good news - He has changed my life and gives me HOPE.
