So this was pretty cool for me to see (and nerve wrecking to do if I’m honest!!)! ✨
The Home of Health has just been featured in the Hampshire Chronicle!
Whilst the article shares my journey from corporate career to cancer to health coaching, what matters most to me is what it represents.
A growing recognition that health isn’t just about treating illness when it appears, but helping people build the knowledge, confidence and habits that support their wellbeing long before that point.
So many women feel stuck with their health but feel totally overwhelmed by conflicting advice, unsure where to start, or are in a cycle of starting over every Monday…
My role as a health coach is to help women get clear on what they want from their health - whether they are dealing with on-going health struggles, wanting to improve their nutrition, feel more balanced in midlife, or get their energy back - to understand what’s getting in the way, and build realistic habits that fit their life.
Because most women don’t need another plan!! They need clarity, confidence and support.
When you remove the guesswork, health becomes simpler, more sustainable and importantly, something you can actually enjoy.
Thank you to Hampshire Chronicle for highlighting The Home of Health and helping to shine a light on a different approach to health - one that focuses on clarity, confidence and realistic habits rather than confusion, perfection and starting over.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. 💛
