Lavender (lavandula angustifolia)….we’ve certainly needed it this week! Love it or hate it, it is one of the most versatile oils. The whole body can benefit from lavender and it can be used to treat so many conditions as well as relaxing and balancing the whole body!

Miss P (darling daughter) is having to have surgery on Friday and she’s super anxious about it so I gave her a massage to help relieve tension and calm the vagus nerve.

Oils used;

Clary sage - warming, relaxing and uplifting. Calms tension, headaches, panick attacks and helps reduce tearfulness.

Lavender - relaxes body and mind.

Lime- uplifting, refreshing and reduces anxiety.

If you have a child that suffers from anxiety and has sleep issues, I can help. They can pop round in their pyjamas and experience a sleepy massage before bed 💤

I’ve been making more turmeric and black pepper doggie biscuits today…I sold quite a few bags at my Christmas events and my two doggies loved them so much that I made them some more! If you would like me to make your doggies some organic, all natural, minimal ingredients biscuits please let me know. The turmeric and black pepper help stiff joints but I’m also thinking of adding other flavours to my range. I also have a few other bits left from my Christmas events at reduced prices;

Peppermint foot scrub £5

Rollerballs £2
Lip balms £1
Vapour rub £2

Ribbons can be customised on the jars and local delivery can be made.

I’ve been a busy bee over the last couple of weeks and have been making and selling my aromatherapy products. Everything is made by me, using organic ingredients and pure essential oils. If you need any last minute stocking fillers, I still have a few bits left.

Lavender bath salts in a glass jar with wooden spoon-£8

Peppermint foot scrub in a glass jar with wooden spoon-£8

Small lip balms - Geranium and Lavender or Frankincense and Rosewood-£3

Rollerballs - clove, orange or lavender -£3

Vapour rub - £3

You can mix and match any of the smaller products - 2 for £5 or 4 for £10.

I also have a small selection of showe steamers 3 for £1 and an even smaller amount of dog biscuits 10 for £1.
