I’m pretty sure that tonight’s DanceFIT Fundraiser was the hottest and sweatiest I’ve ever been!

In case you hadn’t noticed, it’s really hot this week 🥵

All classes will be on as usual but will be modified to included much lower intensity and impact than normal, plus we are adding in lots more water breaks.

Please arrive at class with lots of water, a wet towel or flannel and your exercise mat (or be prepared to use a chair as an alternative) and we will endeavour to keep you as safe as possible.

On Fridays, you'll find us at St Paul's Parish Rooms in Wokingham for our CardioFIT class. We do a mixture of Aerobic exercise and conditioning work, and have a LOT of fun doing it!

Classes are fun, sociable, easy to follow, and challenging for all. We offer modifications and adaptations for everyone, and sometimes you'll be able to hear us belt out a song or two aswell?

Feel like coming to give us a try? We have over 20 different classes a week for you to choose from (Aerobics, Interval Training, Pilates, Kettlebells, etc.) and a wide range of ages and abilities, all either in or around Wokingham.

Your first class is always free with us and we offer three months for the price of two when you sign up to any of our memberships.
