🎉 Incredible Week of Achievements! 🎉

This week in group I’ve had the absolute pleasure of handing out some truly special awards 💖

✨ One amazing member is now 7 stone lighter — what an incredible transformation!
✨ And if that wasn’t enough, three members have reached their dream Personal Achievement Target (PAT) — together losing around 12 stone in total!

Every certificate represents dedication, determination, and belief in themselves — proof that with the right support, anything is possible 💪

💖 Slimming World Woman of the Year – Fallings Park 2026 💖

Had the absolute pleasure of crowning Karen as our Slimming World Woman of the Year in my Fallings Park group today! 🏆

This award is voted for by fellow members — we ask them to think about who truly inspires, motivates, and supports them week after week. The person who’s always there with ideas, hints, tips, or just a bit of encouragement when it’s needed most.

Karen sent me this message after group, and it honestly says it all:
“This was me 3 years ago, getting bigger and bigger. I don’t recognise that person today. It’s down to your support and the support of the group. I’m over the moon for the recognition today — as someone who has very little confidence, to know other people think well of me has given me more than I can put into words.”

Karen, you are healthier, happier, stronger — and we’re all so proud of how far you’ve come. 🌟

Essington and Fallings Park really do have the best group members — the warmth, support, and friendship in that room every week is something special. 💛

🌟 July Achievements 🌟
What an incredible month it’s been! Together, our Essington and Fallings Park groups have lost a total of 270 lbs (122.5 kg) — that’s the same as an adult giant panda 🐼, 12 packed holiday suitcases 🧳, or 245 bags of potatoes 🥔!

I’m so proud of every single member for your dedication, teamwork, and positivity. You’ve shown that small steps really do lead to big results 💜

That’s 11 bags more than last month — proof that every week, every choice, and every bit of support adds up to something amazing. 💪💖
