Why not leave the car at home, jump on your bike, and enjoy a traffic-free ride with us?

We’ll be cycling from one park to another using safe cycle routes before taking part in fun sports and activities including football, basketball, and more.

This isn’t just for the kids—we want the adults involved t👀!

Whether you’re a regular cyclist or haven’t ridden in years, Pedal N Park is a great way to get active, meet new people, spend time with family, and enjoy the outdoors.

We’re delighted to have been asked by No Limits To Health CIC Company Reg No: 12735806 to support this year’s Kidical Mass Wolverhampton as a Ride Leader on Saturday 13th June 2026.

This will be the third time I’ve had the privilege of supporting this fantastic movement, which continues to promote safer, more accessible cycling for children and families across our city.

As someone who is incredibly proud of Wolverhampton, it’s an honour to represent my home city and play a small part in encouraging healthier, more active communities. I’m looking forward to another great event and seeing so many people come together in support of this important cause.

One bike ride, three communities 🚴🏾💨💨💨

It was a pleasure bumping into "Give A Girl A Bike" at our meeting point yesterday, where they were providing a fantastic Dr Bike service for the community.

I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Darlaston in Motion. I strongly believe that physical activity plays a key role in boosting our wellbeing and releasing those feel-good endorphins. Mine certainly got flowing yesterday — along with my inner child! 😅

Great people, great conversations, and a great reminder of the power of bringing communities together through cycling and movement.

It was truly a privilege to be invited by Meat Free Planet for such a beautifully presented buffet-style lunch. The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality, and it was an absolute honour to meet the new Wolverhampton Mayor this past Sunday.

I can completely understand why Meat Free Planet has won multiple awards for both their food and service — the quality of the food is genuinely fantastic 😋

What makes it even more impressive is that I’m not actually vegan or vegetarian, yet I always thoroughly enjoy every visit. That says everything about how good the food really is!

A huge thank you again to the owners for the kind invitation. I’m looking forward to slowly making my way through the rest of your menu.

Apart from the glass and screws somebody left behind at Willenhall Park Bandstand, it only took one of our riders out the game. Unfortunately he couldn't come from the start, but the rest of us made it. Well done for everyone who came.
