Had the most amazing day at Wellness Woodlands hosting a meditation retreat for a fabulous group of ladies! It was a truly humbling experience - thank you to those of you who came... and then this evening I had the pleasure of hosting my regular Shifnal sound bath at Kemberton village hall... what a brilliant day!

This Sunday's sound bath at Kemberton Village Hall is now FULL... however, there are still a couple of last minute places on the meditation retreat at Wellness Woodlands in Bridgnorth this Sunday 10am-1pm.

Learn real techniques to help you connect with who you really are... experience the feeling of connecting into the soul and into your 'sacred ground of being'.

The reatreat features:

- Guided meditations including a chakra cleansing meditation to cleanse and clear any blockages, enabling you to feel into the soul

- Guided Kriya yoga bow meditation to shift stuck emotions, trauma, and unconscious patterns

After a beautiful outdoor sound bath this evening, I felt to share the amazing sounds and frequency of the Sun planetary bowl.

The bowl is said to hold the same vibrtational frequency as the Sun itself and the symbol on the front of the bowl represents the Sun.

On the day of the summer solstice, I felt to share this moment with you... out in nature at the time of year when the earth's pole has its maximum tilt toward the Sun...

Enjoy the gentle sounds with me... (headphones recommended!)
