Another proud day as we donated a library to Warringtons Neonatal Unit, supporting even more families with lovely story time moments. In the most anxious of times, we hope our story library brings a level of comfort and calm.

We can not believe this is our 13th library, I wonder where's next?

My mini me helper, stamping story books ready to give to Claire House tomorrow. It's feels beautiful to have Willow involved in this gorgeous process. She knows that we gift story books to families and children in hospitals, but she doesnt understand why yet. One day she will 💙

I'm always thinking of memory making ideas!

I was thinking what I would have liked to have as a memory making tool if our son had passed this time of year and so I quickly made some reindeer tree decorations, which can be personalised on the back.

We dropped some off to the butterfly suite in Arrowe Park Hospital for any babies born over the Christmas period, and we also gave some to the neonatal unit for the little resident babies 🤍🦌

Who better to choose books for our library than a bereaved parent who has used them and understands this overwhelming journey.

Chase's parents wished to donate books im his beautiful honour and place them into the library themselves, in the space where he was born and they spent their quality time together. What a wonderful and special way to pay tribute to their little boy.

This morning, we donated our 11th story library to the neonatal unit in Arrowe Park Hospital. We feel so passionate about family reading, and the team were so happy to receive them saying "they like to encourage reading as it's so important for the little babies to hear their parents voices"

This week, we provided our 10th story library to the Alder Centre which is attached to Alder Hey Childrens Hospital. This Centre is incredible and provides support, education and services to anyone who is affected by the death of a child or young person. They provide creative workshops for children too including crafts, sand play and talking therapy, so in this Centre there are toys and books to support those who visit.

The Centre provides counselling, a cake morning every Wednesday for those who need a breather in a safe space and many other activities and therapies for adults who are affected by the death of a little one.

We are extremely grateful to be contributing to this Centre, it means so much to us as Tobias spent some time here at the hospital. Thank you to the wonderful team for all their support and kindness. 🤍

Today, we re stocked the library at Arrowe Park Hospital where our son Tobias was born. The more I set foot into this room, the more comfort I feel, and today, i felt nothing but calm. It was so lovely seeing Jamielee again. She's a recent addition to the bereavement team, and she's a natural 🤍🫶

It's so lovely to know that families are using our library and taking books home. It's all that we want, and we are so grateful to be contributing to family time.

We also just had to take a picture of the theatre doors they look amazing, dont they! 🎅☃️
