✨ Exciting News! Our Online Booking System is Now Live! ✨

Good evening everyone,

Thank you so much for your continued loyalty, support, and custom. We are delighted to announce that our new online booking system is now live on our website! 🎉

You can now book your appointments online at your convenience using the booking link below. We will also be sending this link out via email this evening, so feel free to save it for future use.

As we mentioned in our recent video update, this is a brand-new system for us, so there may be a few minor hiccups while we make adjustments and fine-tune things. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we find our feet with the new platform.

We’re incredibly excited about the new features this system will bring, helping us create a smoother, more professional experience for both our clients and our team. Additional features will be introduced over time, including individual booking links for each therapist, making it even easier to book with your preferred practitioner. We’ll share more information about these very soon.

We’re also pleased to announce that you can now purchase gift vouchers online through the booking system! 🎁 You’ll also find our contact details, location map, and information about our wonderful team all in one place.

✨ 🌸Exciting Changes Are Coming! 🌸✨

Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thank you for your patience this week whilst we transition to our brand-new booking system.

The changeover has taken a little longer than we’d hoped, but only because we want to make sure everything is working perfectly before we launch it to all of you. We are now using the system within the salon, and we’re hoping to make it available to our clients by tomorrow.

As soon as it’s live, we’ll send out our new online booking link, so please keep an eye on your emails and our social media pages! 🫶🏼

In the meantime, here is our last-minute availability for the rest of this week:

Dear Clients,

Following our email on Sunday and our recent Facebook announcement regarding our new booking system, we wanted to provide you with a quick update.

The installation is taking a little longer than we originally anticipated, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready for you.

In the meantime, when you visit our website, you’ll see a banner on the homepage with clear instructions on how to book your appointments.

This is only a temporary arrangement while we finalise our exciting new booking system and booking link.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements. We’ll be in touch very soon with more information and the brand-new booking link as soon as it’s ready.
