👶 Little Pumpkins (Birth–11 months)
🕚 11:00am–12:00pm
A cosy session featuring gentle baby massage, Halloween sensory play, a pumpkin-themed keepsake, a professional digital photograph by Samantha Lee Noakes, plus sweet treats and refreshments for the grown-ups.

🎃 Growing Pumpkins (1–2 years)
🕐 1:00pm–2:00pm
Designed especially for busy little explorers, this session includes Halloween arts and crafts, sensory play, age-appropriate activities, a pumpkin-themed keepsake, a professional digital photograph by Samantha Lee Noakes, plus sweet treats and refreshments for the grown-ups.

✨ A few quirky facts about me... ✨

🤍 I'm fiercely (and very proudly!) Welsh. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

🎤 I absolutely LOVE karaoke... so much so that I based my entire 40th birthday around it! Give me a microphone and I'm happy.

🎂 I'm 40 and embracing this chapter of life.

⚖️ I'm a Libra, and I definitely tick a lot of the boxes! I love creating calm, cosy spaces, I hate conflict, I'm always trying to make sure everyone feels included, and yes... I can spend far too long weighing up decisions because I like to see every side!

➰ My hair is naturally curly... although whether it behaves is another story!

🌊 My happy place will always be by the beach. There's just something about the sea that instantly calms my soul.

💕 I'm still best friends with my childhood best friends, and I actually met my husband through them. I think that's pretty special.

👨‍👩‍👧 I'm one of three children... and yes, I'm the middle child!

This feels like only yesterday... 💙

I remember putting my uniform back on, taking a deep breath, and stepping back into the world of work after becoming a mum.

From the outside, I looked ready.
Inside? I was carrying every emotion imaginable.
The guilt of leaving my baby. The worry that they'd need me. The excitement of using a part of myself I'd missed. The sadness that a chapter had ended.

Returning to work after having a baby is one of the biggest transitions many of us face. You're learning to balance two identities – being a mum and being you.

But I also know that not every mum returns to work. Some make the incredibly important decision to stay at home with their children, whether for months, years, or longer. That path comes with its own sacrifices too – putting careers on hold, financial pressures, losing a little of your own identity at times, and giving so much of yourself to your family every single day.

The truth is, there isn't a "right" way to do motherhood.

Whether you head back to work, stay at home, work part-time, work nights, run your own business, or you're still trying to figure out what feels right for your family... you deserve to be celebrated.

At The Baby Zen Den, I've met mums from every walk of life, and one thing I've learned is this...
Every mum is simply doing her very best with the choices, opportunities and circumstances she has.

So today, this post is for all mums ❤️

The ones leaving their baby at nursery with tears in their eyes. The ones spending every day at home wondering if they're doing enough. The ones juggling careers, family life and the mental load. The ones quietly giving everything they have to the little people who think the world of them.

Whatever your journey looks like, I hope you know this...
You are enough. Your choices are valid. And your children don't need perfection—they just need you 💙

A little bit about me... 🤎(Long read!!)

This isn't really a post about baby massage.

It's about why The Baby Zen Den means so much to me.

When I became a new mum, I couldn't wait to meet other mums. I imagined coffee, chats and friendships.

But the reality was different.

I found baby classes really difficult. I often felt like everyone else knew what they were doing while I was just trying to survive. Walking into a room full of strangers felt overwhelming, and I worried about whether my daughter would cry, feed or refuse to cooperate.

I never forgot that feeling...

I built The Baby Zen Den for the mum I once was, and for every parent who's ever sat in the car wondering whether to turn around and go home.

I made myself a promise that no one would ever feel they had to pretend everything was okay in my classes.Because motherhood is beautiful... but it's also messy, exhausting, emotional and sometimes really hard.

Babies cry. They need feeding. They have nappy explosions. Parents have good days and difficult days.

And that's okay.

Here, we don't apologise for those moments—we embrace them.

We normalise the realities of parenthood, support one another through the hard days, celebrate the little wins and remind each other that nobody has to do this alone.

It's the confidence that grows. The friendships that are made. The chat and laughter that fills the room. The feeling of finally finding your people.

If you've ever walked into one of my classes feeling nervous, please know you're not alone.

Once upon a time, I was that mum too.

Thank you for trusting me with such a special chapter of your family's story.
