Maybe the goal was never to push harder.
Maybe the body was never designed to live in permanent override.
So many women i meet are not lazy.
Not unmotivated.
Not failing.
Just tired.
Tired of carrying.
Tired of rushing.
Tired of being 'on'.
Tired of wellness that still feels like pressure.
And sometimes the body doesn't need fixing.
It needs replenishing.
Not every form of movement has to exhaust you to be valuable.
Some movement softens the nervous system.
Some movement helps emotions move through the body.
Some movement helps you feel safe to breathe fully again.
That counts too.
Maybe even more.
