NeuroCompass Circle – Wednesday 4th November
Change, Flexibility & Transitions
Do you find changes to plans unsettling? Perhaps moving from one task to another feels harder than it should, unexpected changes leave you feeling overwhelmed, or you need extra time to adjust when something doesn't go as expected.
You're not alone!
At our next NeuroCompass Circle, we'll be exploring change, flexibility and transitions — sharing experiences, understanding some of the challenges we might face, and exploring practical strategies that could help us navigate change in ways that work for us.
We'll have space for conversation, sharing ideas and learning from each other in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
✨ Who is NeuroCompass Circle for?
NeuroCompass Circle is a welcoming space for neurodivergent adults, whether formally diagnosed, self-identifying, or currently exploring their neurodivergence. You don't need a formal diagnosis to attend.
✨ NeuroCompass Circle is a space where you can be yourself. There's no pressure to talk or share, and you can participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
